What the service is

Our proposal review compares what is written in the documents you upload against our review checklist and, where enough site information is available, an independent generation estimate. It is a review of what is stated in your documents — it is not a structural, electrical or roof survey, and it does not replace a site visit.

What we rely on

The review reflects the accuracy and completeness of the documents and information you provide. We do not independently verify every factual claim made by an installer unless stated in the report.

No guarantee of outcome

Findings, including any independent yield comparison, are estimates and professional opinions, not guarantees of actual performance, savings or project cost.

Payment and refunds

Where a review is paid, pricing is shown before you pay. Refund terms will be confirmed here before payment is enabled for the public.

Confidentiality

We treat proposal documents as confidential and only use them to deliver your review and any follow-up you request, per our Privacy Policy.
